Andrade & Feistel Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") developed the Hex 2048 mobile application (the "App") as a free, ad-supported app. This page is used to inform visitors about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone who decides to use our App.
By using our App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The Personal Information we collect is used to provide and improve the App. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Hex 2048 is a simple puzzle game and does not require you to create an account or provide personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) in order to play.
However, in order for the App to function properly and display ads, certain information may be automatically collected by the App and by third parties (advertising providers), as detailed below:

We do not collect, store, or process any information related to game progress, scores, or preferences on our own servers. Such data, where it exists, is stored locally on your device.
Hex 2048 displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data (such as your device's advertising identifier) to deliver relevant ads and measure advertising campaign performance.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in your Android device settings, under Settings > Google > Ads.
Data transmitted by the App (including data used to serve ads) is encrypted in transit. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Because Hex 2048 does not collect personally identifiable data or maintain user accounts on our own servers, there is no personal profile or history stored by us that can be deleted on request. Advertising identifiers collected by third parties (Google AdMob) are subject to Google's own retention and deletion policies, as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads directly from your Android device settings.
The App is rated for all ages (3+) and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
This App may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us.
